About the job
- Be the representative of Pru Life UK and Pru ACE in the local area assignment covering all of its segments, namely PRUVenture, i-Leader and new leader segment. The KPIs of this role shall be anchored on the company, program objectives and targets of the said segments. This includes effective utilization of budget and company resources. Be responsible for the launch and the accompanying responsibilities in the assigned area for batches of PRUVenture, the programs of New Leader and acquisition and development of organic leaders to be enrolled under the i-Leader program.
- Act as Person in Charge (PIC) for the assigned batches of PRUVenture and carrying out plans and
activities to ensure the development, activation, validation, retention and targets of each batch launched.
- With the supervision and approval of the Pru ACE Development Director, plan strategize and execute the programs under the Pru ACE department in order to achieve the program objectives and KPIs of the segments under Pru ACE. This includes conceptualization, creation of training and development programs as well as support initiatives which includes but not limited to acquisition of candidates, recruitment and selection, agency engagement & participation, onboarding, training, huddles, revalida, monitoring, program evaluation / monitoring / update / revision, daily activities, coaching and performance management.
- Collaboration with the agency, head office partners, agency sales team, LBU, region, global, third parties, and others for the effective and efficient execution of the programs and adherence to all company goals, directions, management and compliance directives, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or other related courses
Proficient in MS Office application
At least five (5) year experience in sales
