Business/System Analyst responsibilities include:

Examining and evaluating current systems
Identifying system requirements
Liaising with users to track additional requirements and features
Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
You will:

Perform requirements analysis and end-to-end process creation.
Prepare and design of technical solution document.
Coordinate requirements with business and technical teams.
Perform Test case creation and facilitate testing activities.
Troubleshoot and fix defects of the assigned system.
Communicate/resolve issues with 3rd party providers as part of vendor management.
Prepare the necessary documents to properly deploy applications.


You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any related course

At least 3-5 years working experience in the IT environment.
Can handle system support and enhancements.
Experience in requirements analysis.
