As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure that requests for branch user IDs are acted upon within the required TAT, following the Bank’s policies and procedures. You will also be responsible to focus on the needs of customers (internal, external and stakeholders) and exceed their expectations within the perspective of a balanced approach between revenue, productivity/operating efficiency and controls.
How You’ll Contribute
Ensure service delivery to customers within the following agreed standards
Ensure compliance to all existing policies and regulations both internal and external.
Effectively manage problems that may result in potential losses or lawsuits through immediate coordination with concerned units or regulatory agencies in order to protect the interest of the bank.
Ensure confidentiality of records, reports and other information.
Ensure timely activation of branch contingency ID requests, endorsement of regular UAMF requests, and unlocking of branch user IDs for limited applications only, as applicable.
Initiate project/s related to User ID processing and monitor its implementation to ensure that all project objectives are met.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance/Accounting, Marketing or any related course
