As a Quality Assurance – Head Office Admin Head, you will be responsible in monitoring and ensuring that branches and BBOG support units are compliant with the bank’s established policies and procedures, internal controls, and other regulatory agencies.

How You’ll Contribute

Reports/Investigate any internal and external frauds and major operational lapses to proper channels for immediate action
Coaches, trains, and mentors branches to develop/enhance their technical skills and competence to effectively discharge their duties
Supervises, coaches, and mentors Quality Assurance Officer Branch to be effective/efficient in the performance of one’s tasks

What We’re Looking For

Must have a Bachelor’s or College degree
At least 7 to 10 years of experience
Knowledge in branch banking operations including risk appreciation on account opening, cash management including ATM, DPU services.
Basic knowledge on AMLA Rules and Regulations
Efficient report-making/writing skill would be an advantage
