A Service Manager is responsible in overseeing the over-all operations of the store as the primary channel in servicing customers’ requirements. He/she is expected to provide excellent customer service; be compliant to internal control/policies as well as regulatory – i.e. BSP, AMLC requirements. He/she shall coach the branch team on the relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to achieve continuous improvement in operational knowledge.

Requirement/s:
With at least seven (7) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have relevant experience in handling Branch Operations.
Must have extensive knowledge about general banking laws and regulations
With good people management skills
