As Systems and Support Manager, you will manage the changes impacting Finance systems and data to support accounting and reporting requirements. You will also help monitor compliance with SLAs and KRAs and implement change initiatives, simple automations and full utilization of existing systems as well as embed other best practices. To better understand the processes, you may also be assigned BAU tasks as an alternate or backup.

What We’re Looking For

At least 7 years experience in Project Management, Business Analysis and Process Optimization
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (macro, simple automations)
Background in Oracle systems or Leasewave preferred
With exposure in finance, accounting and/or regulatory reporting
Experienced in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and develops solutions in coordination with SMEs
Able to communicate effectively and drive action with all levels of organization and external parties
