The Acquisition Marketing Officer is responsible in developing & driving BPI Preferred strategy to increase market penetration on the specific sub-segment of the affluent market – size market opportunities, leverage on deep understanding of industry trends, customer insights & evolution, market behavior, and develop a solid path forward. He/she is also responsible in planning and implementing (E2E) strategic, tactical client persona-driven programs to grow the sub-segment customer base – acquire new-to-bank and tier-up existing clients, and prevent attrition, churn, and downgrade of Preferred customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop, drive, and design strategic and tactical programs to increase customer base and market penetration of the sub-segment – and any strategies and campaign execution to support, acquisition, and anti-attrition
Ensure that programs are implemented on spec and on time to deliver the targets set
A&P implementation, accrual, and monitoring

Qualifications:

College or MBA graduate
Preferred Courses: Business Management/ Economics/ Marketing
Work Experience of a least 3-5 years in retail banking or any industry dealing with known customers, including the management of thereof. Ideally from industries such as financial products/services, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods, preferably in the areas of traditional/digital marketing, sales, branch banking or business development
Tech-literate
Exposure to Analytics, Market Research, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and loyalty
Self-starter, creative and analytical
Highly interested in people and customer behavior
Deals well w/ ambiguity and complex processes; can work in an ambiguous environment
Articulate; able to deal with all levels of the organization
Strong communication skills, articulate and flexible
