The Enterprise Risk Management Support (ERMS) Department Head is primarily responsible for the overall supervision and management of the strategies, projects, initiatives, and activities of the ERMS department, whose functions are to provide executive support for the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the Risk Management Office (collectively), and the risk management committee (as secretariat); and encompasses the group’s risk management governance, risk reporting, risk compliance, financial control, organizational development, environmental and social risk management, and other administrative and related support needed for the effective execution of the CRO’s initiatives and strategy plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Economics / Business Related Course / Data Analytics
Knowledgeable on banking operations, products, and services
Knowledgeable on enterprise risk management principles and processes
Knowledgeable on financial budgeting/management, reports preparation, risk compliance/regulations, and project management
Knowledgeable on sustainability/esg principles and sustainable development
Proficient in MS office and lotus notes applications.
