The Financial Analyst is responsible in providing support to the credit team (mainly to the Credit Officer/s and Credit Team Head) in their credit review and evaluation of borrowers, and administrative work. Major specific functions as follows:
Responsibilities:
Helps monitor, maintain and update the team’s portfolio details and reports;
Assists on gathering information related thereto, and liaising with clients or their representatives / other units of the Bank for reports such as Credit Investigation Report / Court Case Verification / Credit Card Checking, Appraisal Report, Financial Statement, General Information Sheet, among others;
Encodes financial statement results to spreadsheets;
Conducts trade checking on major customers and suppliers of the borrowers; and
Assists the team in administrative matters, such as, but not limited to maintenance of expense file and fee records, and systems-related request.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree, College graduate, preferably of a business course or other related fields and with finance / banking / accounting background.
