Core Responsibilities

Tracks, monitors and prepares reports on program financials and KPIs
Executes payments and settlement process
Develops program financial budget and forecasts
Evaluates partnerships business case and provides recommendations
Works with bank’s central finance unit and ensures compliance with accounting standards
Provides financial insight and analysis to drive program performance
Evaluates internal management systems, procedures, and risks, and provides recommendations to management
Leads analytics and performance reporting projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Knowledge and competency in accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software
Good interpersonal skills
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail and with high organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent report-writing and communication skills
