Vacancy Overview:
Shall be responsible for the Deal Implementation by ensuring that the guidelines are necessary, updated, and conform to the internal control framework of the Bank as complied with by all concerned units.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pre-Implementation meeting with the client
o Data gathering and discussion on the product features, process and capabilities of the applicable system based from client requirements
o Coordinates with the client via email or phone call for initial scoping , confirmation of the product/ service to be availed based on the details of the deal.
o Submits to the client the minutes of the meeting and implementation timeline with Target completion date.
• Conducts the Implementation Process
o Ensure proper documentation and analyze client’s requirements as either Standard or Customized Product/ Service
o Reviews implementation documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy and relevance of information being discussed so as to properly guide the client accomplishing the implementation documents and avoiding errors/delays
o Does Technical assessment on the requirements of the client
o Coordinates with concerned units to discuss client’s customized requirements, ensuring alignment with assessment to deliver standard or customized Product/Service along with Testing and delivery timelines
o Prepares Implementation documents or requests for submission to the other units for processing/ implementation
o Resolve issues identified by document reviewers/ approvers and other units, ensuring prompt action maintain compliance to terms of the SLA
o Logs pertinent updates on all Implementation activities for proper tracking and monitoring
• Conducts User Acceptance Training ( UAT ) as applicable , ensuring test scripts and feedback to concerned units are aligned with requests/ requirement of client
o Coordinates with client via email or phone call to schedule user training and program installation
o Conducts user training and program installation, ensuring that training is aligned with the Product Manuals and installed programs are bug/ error free to allow client to proceed with the Pilot Transaction
o Coordinates with concerned units for prompt resolution of identified issues, ensuring that sales is involved in the discussion for proper monitoring and ensuring alignment with the implementation timeline and target completion date
o Obtains client’s conforme signifying successful user training and program installation
o Notifies sales team and all concerned units of impending Pilot Transaction, ensuring that all issues and documentation deficiencies are resolved to avoid delays in Pilot Transaction
• Conducts Pilot Transaction and Turn-Over
o Coordinates with client for Pilot Transaction via email, phone or site visit
o Notifies all concerned units of successful Pilot Transactions, effectively turning over the implemented deal and the client for after-sales and technical support

Educational Attainment:
Bachelors – Required
Post-Graduate Degree – Preferred
