The Operational Risk Policies & Methods (ORPM) Team Lead is primarily responsible in providing support in establishing the Bank’s framework on the issuance of Bank manuals relating to operational risks, as well as on the review of risk assessments for business activities relating to product implementations, policy exceptions or deviations. This is to ensure consistency and alignment with risk management principles and processes, and compliance to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Degree in Management, Finance, Communications, Organizational Management, Decision Sciences or Information Technology
Relevant work experience in Banking, Risk Management, Compliance, and other Bank Support Services
Knowledge on Bank’s risk management principles, business processes, internal controls, compliance, and regulations
Project management or process efficiencies
