Summary

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

   Account Management

Preparation and submission of quotations as requested by regular freight customers, to timely address customer inquiries
Regular update of Customer Information entries in the Customer Database to ensure accuracy and currency of data.
Documentation of special instructions from SM** or AM** to other BU, in order to provide prompt facilitation or resolution of customer concerns.
** Applies only when AM/SM has limited or no access to mail.

Preparation of special reports as assigned by Sales Managers, to ensure delivery of customer’s special requirements.
Contributes to the achievement of Sales Targets by assisting AEs and SMs in the solicitation of bookings for underload voyages through call outs, to ensure maximization of capacity and vessel profitability
Joins Customer Relationship initiatives by attending Business Reviews and joint sales visits with Sales Managers for better familiarization with and handling of accounts.
Administrative

Collation and monitoring of timely submission from AMs of Sales Productivity Tools such as Master Coverage Plan (MCP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Representation and Public Relations (Rep and PR) Monitoring and Sales Highlights.
Validation and update of accounts assignment for dissemination to the other SBUs
Coordination with different SBUs on necessary KPI components for the generation of each Sales Groups’ KPI
Assists in filing of rates/ sales arrangements by providing basic information on Special Information Sheet (SIFS) to ensure timely and immediate documentation of rates and other sales arrangements.
Monitors Credit Committee deliverables through coordination with Account Managers and AR Management Team, to ensure timely of update of AR systems and delivery of the required AR resolutions by both Sales and ARMG.
Provide other administrative support as may be assigned by the Sales Managers, for the achievement of overall Sales Targets
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any four-year Business course such as marketing, management or any related field.
At least 1 year work experience.
Integrating: Combined inter/intra
Proficient in windows-based applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
