Cascades direction from the Team Lead to people in his team: workload prioritization and assignment, functional recommendations, and communicating and enforcing team-established processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and other related courses
At least 3 years experience in project management using SDLC and Agile Methodology.
Experience in the banking or financial industry is an advantage
