Summary
Oversees and leads large projects and initiatives focused on streamlining of all Finance processes across the business units
Responsible for translating new business processes into the finance processes improvement opportunities
Conducts process analysis to capture the challenges and pain-points directly impacting finance process and agree on the solution design alongside with the Business Unit Heads.
Develop standard finance processes, policies, and methodologies, applying Lean principles.
Responsible in managing stakeholders to ensure project support, and handle change management with the Business Units
Job Qualifications

Has a very good understanding of the business operations within the organization and the interdependencies across business functions
(Decisiveness) makes clear-cut decisions without unnecessary delay, even in tough situations.
proactively develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customer. (internal & external)
Skills and Competencies Requirements
Accounting/Business, Engineering, or IT educational background, with good accounting knowledge.
Solid experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence preferably in a Financial SSC (at least 2-3 years)
Experience in leading a Finance Project
Has a solid record of successfully leading major transformation initiatives at least in Customer Financial processes.
Strong skills in project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Has a solid record of successfully leading major transformation initiatives at least in Customer Financial/Accounts Receivables processes
Effective communication with relevant Stakeholders/ counterparts
Ability to articulate thoughts/ideas/issues in an effective manner to be able to drive results
Lean Six-sigma Trained/Certified
PMP trained/certified
ORACLE, MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, ppt)
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Results-oriented
Can work under pressure
