Job Description
Further, it shall:
a. Responsible for reviewing current strategy and goals to identify its potential strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

b. Manages the development of Infrastructure and Service Management strategies in collaboration with Service Leads and IT Strategy & Transformation Leads

c. Leads and manages strategic program as a group of related projects, with each project being reliant on the others to achieve an overall larger objective or vision

d. Accountable for managing all the integrated project planning and execution activities required to deliver the program scope in accordance with the agreed time, cost and quality criteria

e. Collaborates with the Head of Infrastructure & Service Management, IT Project Delivery, Head of PMO, internal / external IT partners, and with global senior function and IT business leaders who may be the Project Sponsors or hold other senior stakeholder roles

f. Working directly with the Senior Executive team to design, develop and assist in the implementation of IT strategies, ensuring alignment to corporate vision/goals

g. Create clear and concise communications/recommendations for senior leadership review related to strategic business plans and initiatives

h. Participate and help drive a robust blend of IT governance approaches to realize IT results and enhance the relationship between our business units and IT group

i. Work with IT leadership to identify, refresh and execute strategic IT projects at the enterprise level
