Job Description
Responsible for mapping capability requirements for super jobs.
Design the framework and implement plans to build a digital career track in line with the creation of super jobs.
Ensure a healthy pipeline of digital talents by working with line managers and HR units ie Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning and Dev to optimise the build, buy, borrow strategy.
Design, lead and manage the LEAD technical training program. Prepares the learning strategy and plan for individuals in the program and tracks progress.
Prepare and update CHRO and stakeholders on regular work stream reports.
Works on the effective deployment of talents who have been developed for super jobs.
Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to the workstream.
